OUR ICE CREAM ETHOS
Creativity and flavor mixed with high-quality inclusions and a 14% full fat, Hudson Valley dairy cream base. In our not-so-humble opinion, ice cream should be the whole meal and nothing but the meal.
Our pints swing all the way from milk chocolate ice cream with Little Debbie inspired fudge brownie inclusion and M&Ms to pan-fried apple pie scoops in bourbon vanilla to smoky crème brulee ice cream with classic toffee candy. We’re all over the ice cream map, so our customers stay happy.

Fun flavors and surprising deliciousness. Overnight deliveries of some of the finest, small-batch blended dessert ice cream on the market. At this time, our Pint Club boxes are direct-to door deliveries of 4 pints of your choosing. So you can try one, reorder another and give some away to friends and family.
Our pint club is a little adventure for your taste buds. Here at THICK, we believe that Ice cream can be so much more than grabbing a pint or half gallon of vanilla or Butter Pecan out of a big box supermarket’s freezer. We think you will agree. Let’s have some fun, shall we?
THE COMMUNITY MODEL
Our ice cream flavors reflect the eclectic tastes and varied cultures of our vast Brooklyn community. Our cute neighborhood THICK ice cream shop, our Little Flagship, is located in the heart of East Williamsburg; an area known for longtime residents and new forward facing city dwellers. Known as a craft and fine food haven, Brooklyn and the whole of NYC challenges us to create ice cream that is original, small-batch, hand packed and of superior quality. It’s our reason for being. Fortunately, we service a kind and discerning community—in partnership with the growers, makers, and producers who supply us with ingredients.
MEET ADRIANE
A serial entrepreneur who has manufactured and sold everything from couture wedding gowns to hair accessories, halfway through her 40’s, Adriane thought, I am going to make ice cream. And if that ice cream is good, I will try to sell it and build a small business that focuses on making an excellent product for a discerning customer. And so she did. And here we are. With her team of dedicated Brooklynites, Adriane has been making and selling specialty ice cream for over 12 years. With each year, the product gets better and better.
Our online Pint Club is our way of bringing everyone into the delicious fold.
